Quality marketing and high-quality service with an attention to detail! I offer high resolution photos and a 3D virtual walk-through tour. The 3D walk-through tour serves as a virtual 24-hour open house with a room measurement tool and floor plan. You also get a personalized property website that can be shared on social media. I submit an accurate description of your property in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). This will give it exposure to other brokerages so that they can share it with their clients. This includes the listing syndicated to all the major consumer websites. Offline strategies include support to you with pre-listing checklists, yard signage, making the property as accessible as possible, and being responsive quickly to interested parties. Open houses are not included in my services offered at this time. However, I leave the choice up to the seller if they want open houses, I will reach out to cooperating brokers and agents to see if it's something that they are interested in hosting at the listed property. Around 97% of buyers use the internet during their home search. You'll get the reasons why a buyer will pay top dollar for your property and then you can decide how to take advantage of that.
